Discovery

Behind all the greatest discoveries there is always a legend related to it.
As the legend says, Chinese emperor, Shen Ning, was a very clever and erudite man. He insisted that all the drinking water should be boiled due to hygienic reasons. One day, in 2337 BC., the emperor and his court were resting under a solitary tree.
When the wind suddenly blew and the leaves fell down straight into the boiling water that his servants were preparing for him, the emperor smelled an exquisite aroma that he just could not resist. He tried the beverage.
After this “accidental” discovery, he gave an order to create extensive plantations of the tree from where the leaves came from.
