Types of courses
The quality commitment towards our customers made us create a Training Centre in which we deal with all the aspects related to coffee: species, varieties, agricultural processes, roasting, brewing, etc...
Courses will be given at SUPRACAFÉ with an approximate length of 2 hours and a half. Courses will start at 10.00 a.m.
There are two types of courses according to their contents:
Course A
- Introduction.
- History and general information.
- Agricultural and botanical aspects.
- Coffee cupping.
Course B
- Introduction.
- Industrial process.
- Brewing.
