The right roasting profile for every coffee

At SUPRACAFE, we work with the more modern technology to get the perfect flavour and aroma of all our products. We respect the main features of each seed to obtain the best coffee.

During roasting, the coffee seed gains weight and changes its colour, from light brown to shiny black, which gives its aroma and flavour. Therefore, a very same coffee might vary from soft and acid flavour to strong and bitter taste, always depending on the given roasting profile.
