It is an organized social movement and market-based approach that aims to help producers in developing countries and promote sustainability. The movement advocates the payment of a higher price to producers as well as social and environmental standards.
When it comes to consumers, fair trade is a way to reduce poverty through their daily purchases.
Ecological coffee
An organic or ecological coffee are those bean coffees grown without using synthetic pesticides or fertilizers, but only using natural ways.
The theory behind all this is that organic coffee production pollutes less than the standard coffee production.
Sustainable Projects
The term “sustainability” is used in different ways. Firstly, it is referred to the sustainable development; that is, a development process using worldwide resources and preserving them for future generations.
Secondly, the term is used as a “way of sustainability” or people’s way of life that allow them to improve their socioeconomic conditions withstanding possible crisis and not interfering in other people’s opportunities or on future generations.
Lastly, the term “sustainability” is also used as the capacity to maintain the changes, infrastructures and services which are carried out.
