Other teas
El Pu Erh, conocido como té rojo, es un té negro sometido a un segundo proceso de fermentación, resultando un té muy denso y potente. Mucho más delicados son los tés blancos (llamados así por su alto contenido en brotes) y los semifermentados. Entre estos últimos destaca el Dung Ding, con intenso aroma y sabor dulce.
Con el Lapsang Souchong volvemos a los tés fuertes y con carácter; se trata de un té ahumado con intenso sabor.
