On the Plateau of Popayán, Province of Cauca, Supracafé has its own Hacienda converted into technological validation centres at heights ranging from 1,700 to 1,900 meters above sea level. Together with several universities and CENICAFÉ more than 200 varieties of Arabica coffees are validated and micro-batches of high quality and traceable produced.
