Supracafé, pioneers in coffee culture, helps to choose the best suited coffee for the personal taste having each of them the following characteristics:
Coffee from Colombia: The emblematic coffee from Supracafé. A coffee with characteristic and pronounced taste and mild flavour reminiscent of fruit and flowers, with a touch of pleasant natural acidity. Fine coffee, fragrant, without much body.
Coffee from Ethiopia: A very delicate medium acid and somewhat fruity coffee with citrus tangerine notes. Its flavour reminds some teas, it has an intense and unmistakable taste.
Coffee from Brazil: Coffee with unctuous and somewhat sweet and persistent flavour. Combines well with Central American coffees attenuating its acidity. Notes that remind us of nuts and peanuts.
Coffee from Kenya: Coffee with good body, intense taste, very marked acidity, with certain citrus (lemon) and red fruits notes.
Coffee from Papua New Guinea: This is one of the most balanced Asian coffees with good body, well perfumed and medium acidity.
Coffee from Panama: Soft, balanced, perfumed coffee. One of the best Central American coffees.
You may also buy coffees of different origins, as well as organic and fair trade coffee with the FAIRTRADE seal. Besides, the new Supracafé 100% natural stevia sweetener, easily to be processed and metabolised by the body, with a taste and flavour customised by Supracafé, emphasises the nuances of each variety of the coffee brand.
A unique opportunity to take home the reference coffee in high hostelry establishments, some of which with Michelin stars such as La terraza del Casino, Santceloni, Aponiente, Las Rejas, El Bohío, Álbora or Alabaster, or fashionable places like Monkee Koffee and Cafelito. Some of origins that are usually only at the aforementioned places or bought from our Supracafé online store, but are made available to the public for the occasion of the “Matadero” market.
As for the participation at “Mercado de Productores”, Ricardo Oteros, founder and Managing director of Supracafé,explains: “We are able to propose sensory trips to the favourite origins of Supracafé. At “Mercado de Productores”, we take the opportunity to bring our products to the public. It is all about disseminating the coffee culture and put it within the reach of an increasingly number of interested people”. He adds some advice on how to choose the best coffee: “The freshness is essential; coffees need to be always of last harvest. Besides, a recent roasting allows to highlight the characteristics of the coffee inside the cup. This is how we work at Supracafé“.<:>
